Mystery: Little wood handled lockback

I think once in awhile we all kind of get misty for knives we had (and lost) long ago.

I was just thinking about a little Buck knife I bought around - I'm guessing - 1988. It was the same size and frame as the 526 Executive but the entire side slab was wood and I seem to remember it also had brass liners under the wood. Buck had a line with a few different woods to choose from. Around that time, they also put out a similar line with various hides on the handle (leather, eel, etc.). Ring any bells, guys?

I lost mine on a college road trip to New Orleans for a football game and Jimmy Buffett/Neville Brothers concert.

Lord, the second one from the left if my knife! Funny, I didn't have that knife long, maybe 6 months. But I sure do miss it. Sweet little cutter. Thanks for posting that, Haebbie.
