Mystery Maker

Hi all,

I figure someone here can help me identify the maker of this Cutie. I call it a Bears Claw or Eagles Talon. the sheath was made by Jim Layton, Portsmouth, Ohio. I cannot seem read the mark correctly to find who made the knife.

Thank you Braillediver...Never would have seen a Kee there.

Bill calls it a bear claw also.. Take another look and see if you can see a "KEY" like for a lock there.
