Mystery NWTF Knife

I recently bought this and other knives at my local unclaimed baggage store. Upon closer inspection I bought a Buck, a Kershaw, a few no names and then this. I have no idea what it is,but it favors the Schrade Outback. The steel uses similarly to 8cr13mov and AUS8. Feels like it is good quality. Hoping for some feedback!

It does look like one but the serrations aren't Gerber serrations. Also the lock isn't in the same spot, so thats a no. Everything matches a Schrade Outback but I can't find tgis model.
 
NWTF (National Wild Turkey Foundation)?? Could be a commemorative knife made by Schrade? :confused:

That's actually what I was leaning towards, but it's a real brain scratcher as to why, if it's Shcrade, that they would leave it blank.
