Mystery Spyderco?!

Recently my friend received a knife with no paper work. the only thing that this knife says is sypderco in 2 different places with the logo. i was wondering if anyone knew the name an/or the price of this knife and why i cant find anything about it. it is assisted opening with a lever type thing on the top of it.

I am more looking for the name of it then the price i just put that in there looking for information. im sorry about that...
That thought had crossed my mind but i would find it hard to believe that someone would make a knife that is not a normal spyderco and just put the spyderco logo on it.

That is a Chinese knife, not an authentic or even a copy of an existing Spyderco.
