Nabbed an AK!

Well, the time was right and I was able to acquire a desert AK! (Thanks Jeremy!)
This thing is awesome. I love it! I can’t wait to have Ban put a convex edge on it and be able to do some realy cutting. It has a really good working edge on it but I want a scary edge on it.

I just needed to tell some people who understand. If you tell certain people that you just got this awesome chunk of INFI they look at you like you have lobsters crawling out of your ears!

Tan Tan AK, my favorite color scheme. I would beat it, till the finish was almost gone then have it BANized.

Consider your self envied. I really Wish I had grabbed one of those before I got my FBMLE. Although the FBMLE is a bit more utilitarian for heavy chopping, it is not near as effective as an AK would be for keeping the bushes that are crowding my truck in check. The effect of swinging my LE and trimming those bushes is not as cool as being out there with an AK would have been, and besides, the AK would give me a better reach for the tall parts.

Use her. I've only been able to cut back a small hedge that was crowding the stairs on the sidewalk with mine and trim a few low hanging limbs. I was impressed with how well it did on such springy vegetation.
