I have been away from my first home at college, where I do my knife work, and have been visiting my parents. The delay is not intentional, but it has given me alot of time to think.
I have my group of nerds... I mean friends that are engineering majors, working on their own designs seeing what they come up with. ( Some of them need some medical attention after the last semester which means the designs should be real neat.)
I spicifically told them "some Jocks said it coulden't be done..." and that lit the flame.
I also have a neighbor who works in the Theater dept. and she builds sets for plays... a serious chick carpenter. I have informed her of what I am doing and she is intrested. She also mentioned that I might posess the persuasive techniques to ask some of the professional carpenters in the dept. quesions and get accurate replies. (I have been informed that "Sometimes they are not all there...)
Another few weeks and I will have a model off to Uncle Bill.
Again I will ask the series of typical questions:
1. What do yall think?
Any answers are welcome.
2. How many of yall are interested?
I am really broke right now so first issue will probably be sold off to someone else. (Besides I am having these dreams about 2 GRS, one in each hand, and I can feel my wallet magicaly lose more weight. Maybe they are 20" AK's...hmmmmm)
