The FAA is apparently allowing nail clippers on board, but without the swingout pointy nail file.

I figure I can always rig up a "rounded" emery board of sorts, but are nail clippers manufactured without the nail file, or where the file is integral to the body of the clipper, so it cannot be swung out and isn't pointed?
