I don't want to nag, but what is taking so long? I request that was made yesterday has already been processed, it has been over a month?!

Hm, not sure what's up with this. I've been working nearly 24 hour days lately between the server move, moving the shop, and xmas so I'll look at this first chance I can... sorry it's taken so long.
