Anybody got any new news about Chris? His tests were some time ago now. More smoke from here.

God, please help Chris.

Chris, if you need anything. I'm here.

He'll be back. It's a big subject. He may know enough to be even more worried, but not enough to tell anything.

Prayers from Montana.

Smoke up for Chris. He's a great guy. What a bum deal to have the first ordeal of your "adult" life to be fighting cancer. He'll make it. He's a tough guy. I hope to be as much of a man as Chris is one day...and i'm about 6 years older than he is.

Thanks, guys! It means a lot.

Well, I've had all my tests, but it's now the waiting game. Luckily, this game should end tomorrow! About 3:00 tomorrow, I have my meeting with the oncologists, who should have had time to review all the radiology and pathology. Hopefully, we'll have a definitive diagnosis, along with a firm plan of attack.

I have to tell you, today and tomorrow are going to be long days! Waiting is worse than anything. In reality, this whole thing has been lightning quick compared to what it should have been. I got right in, which usually takes a couple of months. Three weeks after finding the tumor, I'm about to get the diagnosis and start treatment. It's just fantastic.

I can't wait to get going on this. I'm really anxious about tomorrow, because I will finally know my enemy and I will know how to beat it. One way or the other, I'll beat this, but I want to get going!

Thanks again for your support, guys. It means a lot that you guys care so much, and believe me when I say it helps to know you're all out there. Support is an important thing, and so is family and friendship. If there is ever anything I can do for any of you, just let me know. I appreciate this more than I can rightly say.

Thanks to all of you, and I'll let you know what's happening tomorrow.

Yours,

Chris

Be well and safe.

There are a number of forumites struggling with Cancer right now. There are a number of forumites struggling with other things right now as well.

Never goes away, it just goes. We'll battle what we can and leave the rest to God. I'm looking forward to fighting along with Nam whatever comes his way.
