Whats the name of the pattern used on the Queen Mountain Man and Cold Steel Ozark Hunter? It was an old Remington design.

Single blade jumbo trapper. Its a variation on the 4 1/2" Remington 1123 Jumbo Trapper pattern. Most large folders like the Remington 1306 or the Case 6265 are generally referred to as folding hunters.

I don't know. I've seen enough knives being sold as "Mountain Man" from various vendors that I think it qualifies as a pattern name itself.

Let's not forget the rope knives, sailor's knives, rigger's knives. There is some overlap on those patterns.
And the Harness Jack is a jacknife variation!!
Swayback Jack, Teardrop jack, Candle jack, coffin jack.
In Sargent's book there is a rare double gunstock.
