Name change

I meant to this a long time ago.

I wanted to get my usernames on both here and scrapyards and many other forums matching.

I already bought the name change, and forgot I actually already made the profile name on here in question.

I wanted to delete the profile A Aries The Cam and change the name to this one. I don't think I ever used it for anything. I'll be back on the other account to confirm.

Since this was your first account, no name change was necessary...and, since the second account has no feedback, there's not really a benefit to merging it into this one. You could just log out of the other account & forget about it; but there is a self-disable feature if you want to do that.

He wants the Snardvark account to have the other name.

Nope, you have it backwards.

He bought the name change but had already used the new name as an accidental alt, hence the deletion request for the alt profile and changing the main account to name that's on the alt.

It was a copy/paste, not an interpretation.

Your version makes a bit more sense than what he said, though. So he wants to change the name ON this one (account), rather delete Aries and change the name TO this one?

I must have typed it weird I guess. I did mean what he's saying. I have already paid for the change and just forgot I made that account a long time ago. Now this account I'm typing to you on has too much history to just switch. Feedback and whatnot.
 
Oh OK. I just saw it as an option on here. I just kinda impulse bought it. I have an email with the transaction "id" is that the same thing? I have an if for me and the merchant in the email.
 
I'm not sure - never actually done it. I'm hhmoore everywhere. Using different names in different places would just confuse me.

Given that both accounts exist, you have access to both, and you want to merge them under the name A Aries The Cam let's call Spark Spark again
 
If merging is a thing and I keep this accounts history I'm down. Not sure if that costs anything, but for taking up people's time I'll consider it an expense happily paid lol
 
I can't speak for XenForo (this platform),; but it was definitely a thing on vBulletin. Pretty sure I've seen it done since the switch.
