Search this forum for the name-change thread.

3. Post a thread here with the title CHANGE USERNAME: (Your username here). In that thread, put your order number, and what you'd like your username changed to. If you do not do so, your name will not be changed and we will assume that someone else is trying to hack your account.

how can you tell if members change name ?

If you do an advanced search, and you type into the Key Word box the old username, and highlight the Bladeforums.com Service and Support forum, you will find the thread where the username change was requested. In that thread you will see the old username, and the new one. However, if the old username was made up of commonly used words like knife, steel, Spyderco, etc., the search engine will get too many hits and will just lock up and give you a blank page. Hopefully this helped, and wasn't too confusing.

If you restrict your search to this forum and to titles only I don't think you'll get an overload error.
