I'm going to open up a paypal dispute to get my $10 back for the name change. It's been more than 2 weeks with no action or response. I just don't think that's acceptable. I appreciate that it may take a little time to do, and I'm sure spark may be a busy person, but I think that's more than enough time for something like this. If we're paying for the service of a name change than someone should be responsible for checking them.
