Back at the end of February, my dad passed away, leaving me with his house. Cyn and I recently decided to move into the house, on account of it being paid for. No sense paying rent when you ain't gotta. Anyway, when we moved back here, I discovered a cat living under the house. Since there's always been a bit of a rodent problem here, I decided to let her stay. Since I can't keep calling her "Cat" I need to come up with a name. Pics to follow.

don't see a problem with "Cat". Had two cats in my lifetime with this fined moniker. Both seemed fine with it. :)
Been seeking a house cat of my ow for a while now but don't want just any old kitty.

We've had a couple of our cats named by foreign exchange students - Jaska, Koneko... they both translate as "kitty." as good a way as any.

Looks like it's got some Maine coon cat in it (see the "M" between its eyes?)....why not call it "Portland"?

That's a fine looking Tabby. I've just waited until the name came from the cat or some outside influence. I'm sure that after a week or so that either you or Cyn will come up with a good name for your new Southern Belle.
