Name not gold?

Hi all, I'm new here and I would like to know why my name is not gold after I paid for my subscription. Any ideas, thanks.

See below:it's the way to show up as gold.

After you've paid for your subscription REMEMBER TO CHANGE YOUR USERGROUP in the control panel by clicking on the Group Memberships link

Click on User CP (upper left).

Click on Group Memberships (left column).

Make sure your Gold Membership is selected.
