Name of a knifemaking part?

Hello. Silly question I'm sure but what is the proper name for the part that fits in the holes of a tang which draws scales together? Ive looked under joiner, spacer, round double threaded nut....
Thanks for any help, I'm making some scales and I need some of these in the same thread pattern of a 1911 screw with an O.D. of 3/16" for the tang hole.

Rivets or bolts mostly bolts, IE: loveless bolts or corby bolts
