GEC is one i hear of around here. What are others that are currently being manufactured in the US?

Buck, Bear & Sons Utica Kutmaster , and the Christy knife co are the only ones I know of for certain that actually manufacturer knives themselves.

OP did say "currently", I think.
Utica!
They seem to have moth-balled the kutmaster brand, at least as far as their websites go. What used to be "Kutmaster, a division of Utica Cutlery Company", is now uticausa.com. Or was, last I looked.
Some of their stuff is made overseas, but their website is clear about what's made in USA.

Colonial says their Navy Mark Is are made in Warwick, RI. Last time I looked.
[edited to change mark II to Mark I. I mean the earlier smaller one.]

Colonial says a lot of things that never seem to be verified. Like where are their switchblades manufactured?

Eric Albers has started making pocket knives. Good ones! The summer of 1973 was the last time for 'real' Schrade Waldens, but the name was revived repeatedly both by Schrade itself until they closed in 2004, and then Camillus, Bear & Son, and Utica after the 2004 Schrade bankruptcy, and then even some  Chinese 'stuff.' later yet.

Currently: Queen (SMKW Queen is made in USA, SMKW Queen City is made off-shore) Bear and Son's, Buck, Remington Bullet Knives (made by Buck knives) some Sarge, some Szco.
Russell Green River and Old Hickory carbon steel fixed blades.
Recently: Canal Street Co-Op, Queen/S&M. As stated above S&M is allegedly going to start producing knives in Michigan or Ohio, sometime in 2021

Not USA, but still in North America: Grohmann (R350S; two blade jack knife with rosewood covers. I forget what the stag cover version's designation is.)

US Company but knives are made under contract offshore:
CS (I believe they have 1 or 2 slipjoints in the lineup) Rough Ryder, Schrade/Imperial/Old Timer/Uncle Henry, Frost, Wild Turkey(?), Marbles, A.G. Russell, possibly Hammer Brand.

The current US queen stuff from that big retailer are rebranded Bear or Utica.

I listed all I know of that actually make knives themselves in house, which to me are the ones that matter with regards to new production.

Is Tuna Valley still making knives? I know that was a Daniels Family endeavor but I think it was/is separate from Queen Cutlery.

Ryan Daniels also puts out a few knives under the Excelsior brand.
