Name the knife maker???

ive got two blades that I don’t know who made them. First up is one I got as a present. Here’s a pic below.

The other is an Italian mini Stilleto that I bought in Venice in 1996-1997.

You should probably review the site rules... registered members are not allowed to ask about values...but I'll say that it was inexpensive when you bought it & doesn't seem to have appreciated much (though some sellers try).
