Name this folder??

I was looking throught the BlackHawk Ind Catalog and I am curious what the folder is that is shown in several pics? It is the one that seems to have a seat belt cutter built in (when knife is closed) and uses the main blade to do the work?? Any ideas?

I have never personally used this knife, but MOD, on their web site, states that the CQD mk.1 has a secondary blade that acts as a cord ripper/cuff cutter. According to them it is not the main blade that is used for this application.
