Names for GSO's?

I wanted to start a thread just for fun to get some creative discussion going. I really like that blade length is more or less described in the models of S! knives, but if they had names, based on possible intended use or other characteristics, how would you name them?


4.1 companion
4.5 bushcrafter, duh
4.7 SERE
5 Silver Needle's grail :D
6 camp knife
7/7 fighter
10 one tool to rule them all
12 chopper or destroyer of worlds... either way

I'll edit in something better when I have a better flow of creativity, but here's what I got to get us started.

Haha I've had names for mine since I got them!
4.1- Kora (maiden)
5- Eyote (greatest one)

The 10 that I had was Imperia (commanding).

I've grown up being told that naming cars and ships female names is good luck so it only makes sense to name my knives.
Damn Swedish family!
 
5.1 = Tokyen Wdtmaom

Its a piscataway native american (most common tribe in the maryland, virginian, pennsylvania area) name.


It means
The only knife you ever need. Why do they make any other models.

Also, is there a script for it? Cause that might be a really cool engraving...

See what I did there??? When I said it to myself it sounded native american. So I let my creative juices start flowing and came up with the rest

I'm not that smart, but now that I get it I like it even more. I actually Googled it earlier to see if it was maybe a real thing and Google suggested I was looking for token woman, Tokyo midtown or my favorite Tokyo mew mew :D
 
I'm... I'm with Silver, googled it, googled native american words, posted after those efforts failed :o



My youngest daughter, celebrating her first year outside the womb later this month, is named Cora. It is a neat name, comes from the ancient Greek Κορη.

I haven't named my knives...

Yep Kora and Imperia are Greek and Eyote is Native American. I would've gone with Swedish names but they're typically hard to read or type correctly.
