Naniwa Professional stones or Chosera in Michigan.

Are there any brick and mortar stores in Michigan that sell Naniwa Pro or Chosera stones??

No clue I live in South Carolina but I never see any sharpening stones around here except dmts and some very cheap ones.. Amazon has them.. sharpening supplies does too and they'd probably be cheaper then buying them from a store I would think

Doubtful, very small niche items generally aren't found in stores anymore. Best bet would be to just call anything related to knife sales, don't bother calling the big box stores (they won't have them).

I would just order them straight from Japan.... www.toolsfromjapan.com

Takes a couple/few weeks to receive, but the price will be pretty much the cheapest I've found.

That was from tools from Japan.. was hoping to see some good prices on those they're really expensive anywhere I've looked
 
You can find King and Shapton Glass at woodcraft in Canton, MI but I think that's it. I know Harry's on Telegraph and Ford had Spyderco ceramics but I have not been in there in a while.

Hi,
check out any local korean/japanese/asian grocery stores
one or two of them will usually have 1000 grit king stones
or some other brand 1k stone

If you have an H-Mart nearby (like in Troy, MI) they might nave naniwa lobster #1000 like they did in 2012

sur la table, williams sonoma, bed bath and beyond, all have locations in michigan
henckels zwilling (by naniwa/chosera )
Wusthof Tri-Stone , Fine grit #J3000, medium grit #J1000, and course grit #J240
King IBK-80 #250/#1000
Shun Whetstone, 6000/1000 Grit....

rockler and woodcraft also have locations in michigan and carry all kinds of king stones
