napa camillus question

I just picked up a camillus military folder{like a boyscout knife}still in the hanging package. marked NAPA 3 5/8 inch professional. part number is 770-3281. package is blue and yellow with yellow and white stripes. my question is this, is this an ultra rare collectible that was a limited production of 3 back in 1948, or is it just a regular old pocketknife and nothing special. I got it to use but before i pull out the dreaded sodbuster and tear into it i wanted to know. thanks, ahgar
