NASCAR today......

Qualifying presents a different picture against last week. Is it "Front row Joe" day ?
Junior moved up & pretty boy sits outside front row. Smoke is buried back in the ricochet row but that's a temporary thing. Hopefully he will work up & make a good race with the aforementioned bunch . Pretty boy'll probably take the lead on the first or first few laps & we're off & running !
There are SO many that I would like to see win but they'll probably hang it up before it happens.
Paul Goldsmith said "gotta' make it handle " & Johnny Mantz won the Darlington opener in a Plymouth 6 cylinder . Handling , a GOOD car & avoiding caroom corners'll probably be factors .

Safe racing is my prime wish !

Gotta' funny feeling the pits are gonna' play a bigger part in outcome than usual today.Dunno' why.As always,and as uncle Alan states,safe racin'.Rootin' for JR,although Smoke is smokin'.Old timers are due though. :thumbup:

Go JR! I like to dream he still has a shot for the chase. Pretty boy better do very well today, or , instead of the "Drive For Five" it will be the "Drive For Fun" for him.

Well ,the fat lady has sung .Lot of disapointed fans but it was a safe race.
Quite a bit of hard driving & some surprises. Junior & pretty boy still recovering from snakebite. Oh well,there is more racing ahead.
