Watched it. Good stuff. There were not many surprises for me -- boxing punches are most effective, Muay Thai kicks are most effective. Most of us already knew this. It was nice to see the numbers. (Although the numbers can't be trusted on their own, as Fighter A is not necessarily as strong as Fighter B; however, taken together with existing evidence, these are not unreasonable conclusions.)
I could spend days talking about every little bit and piece. I'll hold my tongue for once and just say that beside the occasional appearance of Overenthusiastic Fanboy Syndrome, it wasn't a bad show. There were things that I would do differently but overall, their observations tended to mesh with my own. (And the MT guy was funny as hell: "I'm a bad man! My knees are bad!" Indeed.)
I'm now watching the prison show that came on afterwards. It is equally interesting for me, as they do things a bit differently than we do. I think that they have it better than we do. (Grass greener on the other side?)
