National Knife Day?

The largest greeting card company seems to recongnize it. If the card company says it is a holiday, who could argue? They never make up holidays .
Here is part of what they say about it ... "Mankind has used knives for two and a half million years, so we've really got something to celebrate. Can you imagine trying to dice onions or spread jam with your bare hands?"

It's doable... It's easier to lick your finger clean than it is to lick a knife clean, too. And you don't look like a pirate that way.
