Native 5 g-10

I am a longtime Chris Reeve Sebenza fan, but I bought a Native 5 with G-10 scales today and it will be in my hands Tuesday. I have read a lot about this knife and I am excited to get it.

I also saw some people have Native 5's with wood scales, I would love to find who makes them.
 
Different strokes for different folks...but the native 5 w g10 is a favourite of mine. I have given away many other modern folders but the native and military are with me to stay. Let us know how you like it. It is my favourite modern folder for edc
 
One of my favorite parts of my day is when, just before heading out the door, I walk over to my desk to choose my knife for the day. The Native 5 g10 is one that gets chosen a LOT of the time. It's so great in so many ways! Congrats on the purchase, I hope it resonates with you as much as it's resonated with me.

The G10 Native is definitely one of the iconic Spydercos and an excellent knife in a small package.

As far as the wood scales are concerned, you can always check out Steve Ketchen (sketchenscales). Click the middle bubble in my sig below to jump to his thread.
 
oh and i thought once you had a chris reeve sabenza thats all the knife you would ever carry!i find the native is the big little knife,one of my 1st spyderco's,but it seems to be one i have in my pocket most of the time and i don't even notice its there.

Native 5 is one of my favs, love it!

I remember back when they were previewing this knife. I believe it has a bushing / spacer pivot system (or something to that effect), and was extremely smooth for a lock back. Always wanted to try one.
