hey guys so yesterday i took apart my native 5 rex 45 g10 linerless. So long story short when i put it back together the lock back isnt stiff anymore when closed. it has a jiggle when its closed. When i open it locks up solidly i cant figure out what went wrong should i take it apart and adjust the spring ill snap some pics when i get home from work. I cant figure out for the life of me why the lock will now have some play.

I had this happen to me very early on when I reassembled a CS Mini Recon 1. I pulled the knife back apart and found one of the pins wasn't seated properly in the G10 liner. Straightened everything out and put the knife back together, Worked perfectly. Making sure all the parts are there and in alignment should solve your problem. Good luck.

thanks bud I wasn't sure if rhe spring was slightly outta place or if I put it in the wrong way I'll strip it down and try again today

Not sure if you got this sorted, but I had a similar issue reassembling a Native 5. Check the orientation on the spring under the lockbar. The bent tip should be up.

I had put it back upside down and had the same issues you describe. Took it apart, flipped the spring, and all was good.
