Native 5 moonglow advice

Hi I just purchased spyderco Native 5 moonglow edc forums edition and need a little advice.I really like the knife a lot and I want to make it a user,so few things.How durable are handles for every day use(scratches,chips,...),and also I see the stainless steel liners are smaller(is that due to moonglow scales or..).What is the longevity of the moonglow,how long they are suppose to glow in dark.Just few things so I can enjoy using it or do I have to get another one just in case as a safe queen.:)

I have EDC'd mine for about a week and it has held up great albeit it has not seen anything too tough, just light duty tasks. This is my first time with moonglow so I cannot speak to that. The handles glow for a pretty long time. It starts off bright depending on the time in the light and holds a soft glow for at least 5+ hours. It has become a nightlight for me :D

Thanks viper,it is a very nice blade looks like its gonna be mine dress knife.
 
i haven't really edc'ed it yet, but I had to chime in to say the glow is amazing. I want moon glow on everything now.
 
For what it worth, few years ago Spyderco produced Manix2 with the same scale material. I haven't heard anu complains yet.
 
I really like the native 5, size seems to be perfect edc size,its sharp good for slicing and also for heavier tasks.Excellent blade.
 
It is great knife. I carry it for several month and absolutely love it. Native5 is my most used knife today. My Moonglow was shipped in the morning. Which will bring total number of my Native5 to four. Hopefully it will not be the last one.
