Im in Colorado for a few weeks and decided to head over to the spyderco outlet store. I had been wanting a native 5 for some time and decided to pull the trigger. Here it is in action!

This has turned into one of my favorite knives. It has earned a permanent fixture in my edc line up next to my para mil and xm-18.

Congrats on Native5. Wise decision. great knife.
Thank you for pictures. beautiful nature

Of all the knives I have owned, in so many different brands, my Native 5 is absolutly the sharpest knife out of the box I have ever had.
Someone was:) on their game with that knife!

The 14er was Mt. Bierstadt! One hell of a hike up there. It took me and my girlfriend 3 1/2 hours to reach the summit. We were blessed with a beautiful clear day!

Awesome shots. The native 5 definitely seems like a great EDC knife and just knife in general. Colorado is also awesome. Ironically I was in Denver for work last year and didn't have time to make it to the company store...major league sadness.

Thanks for the shots and congrats on the knife.

Its too bad you didnt make it to the spyderco outlet store. Even if you dont buy a knife they will be happy to let you handle anything you want. I got the chance to play with the techno, lionspy, and a few others while there.

Gosh, I'm jealous of the scenery that you've experienced in those photos, and especially with a Spyderco (double grrrrr)! Only thing I can do with a Spyderco outside of my house around my neck of the woods is tohang out with the sheeple and poison ivy and pavement.

That is good to know. The prices aren't good though. That is, there so good, that I'd wind up buying all kinds of stuff=bad. Seriously though, I really need to make it back to Colorado one day for Spyderco and , more importantly, the amazing scenery. One of the few places I've been where just leaving the airport gives you a sense of how awesome/different it is out there.

Definitely unfortunate stuff right there. Are you in NJ? Still some hope if you are, just not in NJ itself lol.
