I have a Centafante plain edge flat grind and a CX03 with the same grind. THese are some of the sharpest knives I have and I think it is because of the flat grind enabling me to get a better edge geometery to make the fine cutting edge. I would really like to see a Native built with this grind. I saw a new Police with the flat grind and it looks nice. I just have a problem carring a larger knife because I have to wear suits. I'm a jeweler and I have to use a smaller knife. Right now I carry a small Centafante G-10 plain edge and it works great but, being a knife junky I'm always up for a new piece.
