NATO is in town this week in the uk and all perpetrations are underway ,a ring of steel around the venue in Newport South Wales and I was woken this morning by 4x osprey v22 ,iv never seen so much security in place around the two city's (Newport and Cardiff) some serious hard ware being carried by the uk police but I'm looking forward to seeing what Mr O and his crew are bringing . I live near the airport that Airforce 1 is landing at so that should be fun . So I take it the ospreys are from the usa so what else can we expect on the 4th n 5th when the president is moving around ? .

Men in black, UFO's, time distortions, earth tremors, interdimensional beings, low frequency mind control radio waves, etc. Just your typical Presidential visit.
 
You can expect temporary closings (few minutes) of anything that passes over, or crosses, the motorcade route (include pedestrian bridges). Listen to the new reports for events. The newsies normally get notified well in advance of the general public, and being able to avoid the event by a mile or three makes a huge difference in delays.

P.S. Protection details tend to be polite, but they have had their sense of humor surgically removed.
