Natural Stone ID Help

I am having a tough time IDing this stone. I picked it up at an antique store in September. I would call it an "extra fine" stone by knife standards, but not as fine as my translucent. It does not suck up oil quickly at all.

Looks very similar to my Black Arkansas bench stone, which I inherited from a great uncle.
