Navaja problem!

I got a Spyderco Navaja on Friday, and today the Carraca no longer makes the ratcheting sound it did. Don't know what happened, is there anyone else that has had this problem? I don't know if I should call or email Spyderco with this problem or where I got the knife from.

Do a search, there are many threads about this. I believe it is the spring. I would contact Spyderco.

Thanks, and I didn't and won't take apart the knife as I know that voids the warranty, and I probably would just make it worse.
