Navy pilot folder recs

My nephew is going through flight training and wants a folder with around a 5" handle to carry in a leg pocket of his suit. He'll have this in addition to whatever fixed blade they issue. Budget between $100 - $200.

The Spyderco Para comes to mind. I would appreciate any other recommendations. Also weigh in if you feel anything with serrations is preferable.

Truly would be difficult to top a Spyderco....
