Navy SEAL's Super Bolo

The December 2012 issue of BLADE magazine has a cover photo of a Navy SEAL's Super Bolo. While I would like to read the full article, I canot obtain this issue right now. Can anyone provide information about the manufacturer, model and specifications?

Isn't "Navy SEALs" a registered/copyrighted trademark? Does that mean he was given permission to use this? Or, is this an actual knife commissioned by them?

Outside the legal issue of the name, seems to be a good tool with a design which favors the concentration of force at the time of blow

Reminds me of the old Pacific Cutlery "Bushmaster" or several other "Kopis" style blades.

Not my thing anymore, looks nice though....
