NC toothpicks????

I think these are commonly called Texas toothpicks, but the way I look at it if they're built in NC you can technically call them NC toothpicks, Ha,Ha. Any way I hope you have more fun looking at them than I had building them.

Fletch that is dyed buckeye burl. The pic doesn't do it justice. Probabaly one of my favorite handle material in the wood catagory. I have a couple of boxes that has been stabalized and dyed on the way back from the stabalizers now. Should be back tomorrow. My shop will be like CHRISTmas time when the mail lady delivers the boxes. Mike

When I saw Wilson Knives, I thought you were in Wilson, NC. How many knife makers are there in NC? I moved here a little over a year ago. Everytime I look, i keep discovering more and more makers!
 
That is a good question. I don't know how many there are but I do know we are all a ways apart from one another.
