There's an NCCA group over on the iKnife Collector Forum with 21 members. I was thinking about maybe starting a Northeast Cutlery Collectors Association group here on BF but it'd be a shame to dilute the energy level.

Sunday's show at the Marlboro Holiday Inn will be my first knife show ever!

Updates:

Mainer Mudd Sharrigan will be driving down with with me.
NCCA board member Moe Legare will have a table at the show
Steve Pfeiffer, author of Collecting Case Knives: Identification and Price Guide tells me he is attending.
A fellow Mainer and "rigging knife" collector, Mike Mainen will also have a table.

I'm making myself an "iKnife Collector" name tag to wear at the Show.

I went to that show on a regular basis when I live in MA. I always enjoyed myself, and managed to pick up a few treasures as well.

Suffice it to say that "A good time was had by all!"

I survived my first ever knife show. I pretty much kept my hands and my wallet in my pockets. I looked and listened and learned.

I DID make myself an iKC (iKnife Collector) nametag and wore it at the show. Nobody told me I was an idiot and the tag on my chest pocket made it easy for a few online folks to spot me and introduce themselves.
