i was browsing knifemart, trying to get a straight answer form them about the monarch bali, when i came across this picture.

now, i've seen these before, but for some reason this picture screamed "balisong" at me. wouldn't this design make a neat bali? (split the handle in two in your imagination, and think of an extra screw for the second pivot.)
peace.

edited a bunch of times to get the picture right.

Are you talking about splitting the small holes down the middle (a semi-circle on each handle)? Crazy idea dude. I like it.

yeah, split the handle right down the middle. the holes in the middle would have to be rounded a little so as not to be uncomfortable. this would make 'em look like filework when it's closed. and open, they'd look like... well... holes. :D
perhaps somebody who has the right tools at their disposal might take interest and decide to make one... ;)
peace.

the skeleton handles are a complete opposite of the BM pattern....pretty cool

It would look a little bit like a crudeman butterfly with skelton handles on it. I think it would make a good design, because you would be starting to shape the handles to fit the hand.
