I know it isn't a real Emerson, but it is a darn nice design from the man himself. Was able to get some pics that I thought looked pretty cool with light and shadows on the bevels. Enjoy.

Nice pics! LOL, mine is SN#0333, off by 6. I wish there was more texture to the handle like the 0560's.

I have the Elmax DLC coated version. my one gripe about it is the tip is too fine and i actually saw an M390 on instagram with a broken tip.

ImageUploadedByTapatalk1418257861.744557.jpg got mine came in today. It's very stout for a collaboration. I would say that ZT did an excellent job with this design.

I am torn between this knife and the etak. Considering the etak is NOT sold out everywhere might make that decision easier, though. Does anyone know if ZT is releasing any more 0620cfs anytime soon? Or word on whether they are limited in the carbon fiber variant?

To my knowledge, the 620CF is not a limited edition model. ZT is probably making them as we chat about this. Not sure when they will be available again being dealers still have preorders to fulfill along with a couple other ZT's too. Get a ETAK.

Seriously, that is one gorgeous knife. The only caveat I have on the 0620 is the use of the hex nut.

I like being able to adjust the detent of my knife with the use of something as simple as a coin. Actually, I've had to do it several times now, all without a problem. Don't get me wrong, if I had the chance to get one at a good price, I might just scoop one up for myself.

I'm friends with someone who works for ZT. He said that they are in the process of making another run of 0620 and 0620cf.

Thanks for the kind words on the pics. Just what a dummy with a phone can do, mostly in the lighting. The 0620 is regular production just in high demand at the moment.

ZT's collaborations are great values, combining brilliant designs from venerated custom knife makers with ZTs excellent materials, fit and finish. I love the Hinderer and Emerson collaborations (although I prefer Emerson knives to them, being more efficient for blade length per ounce of weight) and I think that the ZT0170 (production version of R.J. Martin Vanguard Odyssey) was extremely under appreciated.

Seriously, that is one gorgeous knife. The only caveat I have on the 0620 is the use of the hex nut.

The hex nut allows the pivot to be solid inside of the blade, it is way stronger than typical hollow pivot designs. I don't like the way it looks but it makes for a ridiculously strong pivot, usually the first thing to break in a folding knife if used to pry or whatever, and the lock actually holds.

There will be more made. When? As soon as stores have them in stock. Seriously, there are no release dates anymore, hasn't been for a couple years now.

Nothing is indestructable. It usually takes some carelessness to break the tip off one of these knives, they aren't what I consider fragile by any means though.

That's not necessarily true. Granted this knife had a different pivot than a ZT or Emerson.

Steveg30, where oh where did you get blue hardware for the 0620? Are your standoffs blue as well?

Look under zt knives on ebay a guy out of Australia sells them, takes about two weeks or so to get here. They are originallyfor the zt0550 but they fit the 0620. The screws are titanium , he sells different colors too. Run about 30.00 to 50.00 a set. He's a stand up guy.

Great pics! Think this may be my next knife...never been into tantos before, but dang this design appeals to me.
