Ive read the knife laws but i still do not have clarification. Im gonna be ordering an Izula 2 soon and was wondering if anyone has had any issues wearing a neck knife over top of their clothing. I figured if i wear it under my shirt it could be classified as a concealed weapon, but wearing it over clothes could attract alot of attention. any thoughts?
