Neck Knife options

i'm looking for a Unique neck knife option in the under $100 range. I'm looking for something a little different. I have an esee izula, but looking for something a little more unique. I like the spartan ones but they run more in the 150 range. Lets see what ya got!! Thanks guys/gals.

What's the purpose of the knife?

For self defense in town I carry a Cold Steel Counter Tac II daily, but that is its only purpose.
Legal in TN for length and double edge.

I picked up a Randal King Syphon on eBay a while back. It is made of ats-34, cuts well and holds it's edge. I just recently had it Duracoated. I'll post picks when I get it wrapped.
