I would like to get a neck knife, but I'm not sure what to get. I have a few criteria for them too, which are:

No carbon steel, No bead blasts, and no double edge.

Any ideas on what I should look at?

My cutoff for this would probably be around $150. And either of those is a viable option for me, I'm happy to either buy production from a company I like, or support a maker by buying custom.

Just look in the exchange. Under fixed blades for sale by maker there are always neck knives in there well within your price range.

Kay, I'll check there, I hope they have something in one of my preferred steels.

Check out a Spartan Enyo, S35VN steel with a great design, kydex sheath, and its light weight. Its about $150 if I remember correctly. I love mine, I got rid of all my other small fixed blades when I got it.

Why pay 150 for a production model when you can pay 100 for a custom? I make neck knives for 80 bucks

yes these

Izulla 2 - 1095 V edge

Ridnover: No Izula, I don't care for 1095. I think I'm going to go for a custom piece.

Brous Blades Silent Soldier... around $80, good thick stock, single edge, and D2 tool steel, so it's tough and fairly rust resistant.
