Recommendation? Neck Knife That "Looks Like Hannibal Would Carry It"

Help me save my knife! Got in an Elementum Button Lock today in red shred carbon fiber with a Damascus blade. Love the knife, but my fiancée, a huge fan of the Hannibal TV series, looked at it and went, "Oooooh, I like that, it looks like something Hannibal would carry," and pretty well announced her intention to steal it.

My one saving grace may be that she prefers to carry neck knives to folders, so now I'm looking for a small fixed blade that fits the bill. I think the red and black motif would help, but something elegant in Damascus might do as well. Right now my two leading ideas are to snag a Damascus Izula and get black and red G10 scales for it, or to simply accept the loss and try to snag a blue shred carbon fiber Elementum when they're back in stock, so we can at least have a his and hers.

So, if any of you can think of a solid, elegant neck knife, ideally with some black and red, I would appreciate you helping me hold onto my new toy for longer than a day or two! Budget is around $200, I don't want junk steel, but honestly looks and build quality matter more here than the latest and greatest steel.

Schwartz Tactical neck knife? It’s pretty snazzy. Titanium blade with tungsten carbide edge covered in carbon fiber. It’s got a black cord wrap but I’m sure you could redo it in red. Then it would have “the look”. :)

That Damascus is damned impressive. I may run that by her and see if it sufficiently evokes Hannibal, as I'm fond of Perrin designs and that's beautiful.

I carry the regular steel version of that one sometimes and it's a very nice little knife. The deep finger choil threw me at first, but it's fine in use.

There is also this smaller one from Perrin in damascus as well:

I feel like the actual character Hannibal would probably go with something more scalpel-ey like this, though:

. . . and looking for neck knives for you has me now having to talk myself out of buying one of these that I don't need (but hey, it's cerakoted 20CV, and it has a bottle opener, maybe I do need it):

I damn near recommender that scalpel one myself. I’ve never seen the tv show so I’m not too familiar with the vibe.

Didn’t he have a Spyderco Harpy in one of the movies? Or some Spyderco with a hawkbill anyway.

I like the scalpel idea quite a bit. I haven't watched a lot of the show, but there's a lot more psychosexual weirdness and every character talking like a stoned vampire than in the books or movies. ;)

In the book Hannibal carried a Spyderco civilian. In the movie it looked like a matriarch. It was a Harpy. They make neck holsters for folders.

Google "Hide Away Knife Cat Claw." Give it a red paracord wrap. It echoes the Harpy blade shape (and spydie hole) of Lecter fame. I had one in titanium and it is a very nice knife, despite controversy behind the company. These are currently available. You can also find them in damascus.

There’s always the Tops street scalpel, and now they have a street scalpel 2. I have two of the older ones - neat knives.

I think I may pick up the Street Scalpel 2 and see if I can figure out something for the scales. Maybe some rit dye...

Maybe
Bark River Caper or Harpoon Necker
or Hogue Ex-F03
will fit ?

I may add
Spyderco ARK
and
Blackjack 155
if not too cheap ?
