A large number of the Mora knives are worn as neck knives by people and they have a 4" handle I believe. Could you be more specific in what you're looking for? With the number of custom knife makers here, 'Does such a thing exist?' is really a matter of whether you want to buy one or not!

Hello cpurcell, thanks fory your reply. I don't have many requirements, but a 4" handle is a necessity for me for a comfortable grip. I don't need fancy steels; a blade length of about 3" (give or take) is fine. I don't have strong preference on handle materials either.
I would highly suggest an original model Mora then.
They have good blade steel, scandi grinds which make slicing and batoning a breeze, and they are lightweight, inexpensive (if you break or lose one, you don't want it to be a $300 knife!), and can take a beating.
