neck knife?

With all the talk about the Emerson neck knives recently I've been salivating thinking that these might be a true custom I could afford. But I'm wondering if anyone uses a handmade neck knife regularly? Are these truly coated in Black-T (Unlike the la griffe)?
How do they stand up?
I ask because I must have truly caustic sweat--I've pitted two SS knives that I used while jogging within a few hours. Just want to know before I start thinking about the handiwork of the master as a daily carry.
Also, is there any market among the Suspects for well used versions of these knives?
Thanks,
Chad

I have picked one up with the intent of using it for daily carry. Not as a Neck Knife, but for IWB carry. So far it's one of those "When I get around too it" things. It's Hell being popular. LOL

I picked up the Large Tanto like this one, but in retrospect, probably should have gone for the Large Spearpoint, like this one.

They do indeed appear to be Black-T coated.

If your going to get one, grab one while their plentiful (well . . . for an Emerson Custom). I remember when I could pick up an M1 Carbine for $99. Breaks my heart to think about that every time I see them for $450+
