Neck wallet/case?

I'm looking for a small wallet/case/box/container that can be worn around the neck; not one of those travelling items that hold a passport and traveller's cheques, but something just large enough to hold credit card, driver's license, some bank notes (€uros), a key and so on. Those cylindrical, brightly coloured surfing items are ok but I'd very much prefer a flat design. Hard plastic or even metal would be nice. The box/case doesn't have to be 100% watertight, although that would be a plus as well.

I often train in clothes without pockets - cycling, canoing, running, etc. The Delica is IWB but what to do with the rest of the stuff?

I've looked into www.otterbox.com but even the smallest model is too big.

Help would be appreciated, as it is the wet season (Summer) in Finland right NOW! :)

Anders, check this out. I got one years ago and it is tough and it is waterproof and the latch won't open until you want it to. I also had the eyeglass case -- now that's a great piece of equipment. (My brother went rafting, so I gave it to him for the trip.)
