This is what I have for attendees so far. Please advise if you are bring a lady so we can plan the food accordingly.
PS: GrassHoppa your BIL doesn't count. HEHEHEHEHE!!
Since Dan the Gray is always bitching about the food. Menu will consist of hamburgers, hot dog, Portagee sausages and surprises.
If GrassHoppa is a good little boy maybe he will go out and dig some quahogs for the HI.:D :D
Same rules will apply and head count 35. (??????)

I thought it was members , have to look it up I guess  but I don't see what that wouldn't work..but it is members first where you have a limit set..
is that right???

I found it..

1.6.3 - Members may bring immediate family, i.e. Spouse, Significant Other, Dependant children, siblings or parents, free of charge, as time, space and safety allow. These people would attend free or if required by the event location, would pay their own admission unless section 1.6.2 has been invoked. Due to space cost and safety considerations, advance permission of the BOD is required, may have conditions attached or may be limited

We must review 1.6.3 at the HI.
