I'll be there. Looks like Jay Boynton won't be coming. He has a wicked old house he's trying to get winterized.

it depends on the Aldo's are they coming??? sure hate to limit the ones
that are or will be a sure thing on the end of the list over 30

I'd say list the ones that are a sure thing first and then the ones that are not sure last by order of maybe dates
that way the "I'm not sures" will have to be the ones cut..because we're not sure they are coming :confused:

does that make sense?

I email him about the HI and he never got back. Now I know why.

as I said Members should be contacted,, and have first dibs
not all of them are on the BFC and it seems it's the only place it gets
mentioned..some of the BOD didn't even know,, this should be fixed

Jim S was contacted after the fact by One member and paul D after the fact.
just finding out by him self by Chance..

it's not the only point ,, how many members do not know still.??
it's a club thing first, Right? :(

:D From the looks of your list I am going to miss out on a large time...You might as well add several members of the New Bedford Swat Squad to your list :D Something strange is bound to happen if Mace is there...Wish I could attend, but I've got a full calender....Have fun and try not to set anyone on fire (that you don't intend to) :eek:

Dude: I emailed Jim myself once the date was cofirmed and Paul is a officer and if he doesn't look at are site a couple times a week shame on him and other members. That is why I ask you to post it on the site.

George if this is a club event and I believe it to be one :) all the BOD's should have been in on it before a date was set, don't you think? maybe it should be one of the things on the agenda.

a set date for each event would keep this from being a problem later
if members are not to be apprized of it befor hand, as you recall I added the H/I to the page after the date was set. a week into it.
the cart is before the horse here me thinks..

Dan: I agree this should be on the agenda. Now going forward if it is going to be held at my shop I will set the date and who ever can't make it so be it. I left the open dates to try and get a concise.
