Finished a couple Necker sheaths lately...

And they fit with and without the new handles...

Best,

after getting my rc3 sheath done by you, I am for sure going to get you to make me one for my new becker necker CSM. awesome sheaths!

These look great! Is the hole placement identical to the KA-BAR Necker sheath? I ask not only because I'd like to mount the TDI clip to mine, but also because I've learned that you can mount an ESEE pouch to the necker sheath by using the additional mounting holes.

Lastly, and I hope you don't take offense to this question, but does your sheath have the same issue that folks have beed describing with the necker sheath where the blade rubs and bumps against the inside of the sheath thereby causing some dulling with no use of the knife?

That is an excellent question, and I should have mentioned something already....

Yes, this sheath is specifically built to mate with the TDI clip, since that is a favoured accessory for the Becker folks. This sheath will also mate up to the Spyderco G-Clip, Tek Loks, and Molle Loks. How's that for cool? You do need BT style hardware, also known as binder posts, to mount them up. The standard TDI hardware was just not compatible with the other things I wanted to be able to work off the same holes.

I also have made Becker Necker sheaths that are narrower, if one likes...

No offense, and thanks for asking...

No. The edge floats free in the sheath, and does not touch anything. So, the sheath will not dull the knife.

Thank you,
Marion
