hi I liked some neck knife as light as posible but something with a real handel no sqlethon handel.
First option cold steel super edge:
It´s ligth.
It has a kraton handel very confortable and secure.
Mods:
Sorry, after one week using serrated edge I checked always using first part of edge=non serrated edge, so I decide to put a 18º PLAIN EDGE.
I think blade is AUS8, it can have a sharp edge but does not keep for long time :-(.

Now the knife is more useful to me.
Too I ligthened the total package making holes in the shealth and grinding it as much as possible keeping its retention capacities.
After all easy mods I add some gatchets to build my PN(neck)SK.
The blue cord you see is a kevlar one (I´m not very happy with it becouse the blue material to stain it stain my neck cloths hands....)
Total package weight is 50 grammes, ok to me.
Based in this experience I decided to make my own neck knife.
I have no way to forge blades so I used one OPINEL nº9 carbon blade one of the best cutter blade IMHO.
Spets:
take out blade from folding knife
grind the blade
drill wood handel
mix epoxi
fix blade and handel
grind and sand handel to final shape
oil and wax handel
vinegar patina to blade
At this step I had knife but not shealth so I decided to make I first nordic style one.
I scrathed an died leather to give a vintage finish.
Man this littel knife is a razor sharp blade cut wood like hot knife butter; final weight of this package 50 grammes.
I must say that this last one is the one hanging from my neck now ;-).

Ok after this long threat I put some pics I hope you like it.
Sorry for pics no in order to written.
